Arden Wine Bar + Kitchen is honored to announce a special dinner with iconic Willamette Valley winemaker Michael G. Etzel of Beaux Frères. On Thursday, July 26th, in honor of the start of the International Pinot Noir Celebration, Arden will host a 4-course dinner featuring dishes created specifically for the occasion by Chef Sara Hauman. The wine selections will be curated by Etzel himself, focusing on classic Willamette Valley varietals from his family brands. Expect special bottles and a few surprises.
Henriot Champagne and oyster hour begins at 6pm, and dinner starts at 7pm. Tickets are limited in number, $200 per guest, and a percentage of sales benefiting a project special to Etzel - the Willamette Valley Oak Accord.
